monarchresultscoaching.com and monarch-results-coaching.teachable.com/ (this "Website") is maintained by Monarch Results Coaching and its affiliates (referred to herein as "Monarch", "we", "us", or "our"). Monarch respects your privacy and is committed to complying with this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy"), which describes what information we collect about you, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your information. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

  • On any webpage that Monarch maintains and/or operates that links to this Privacy Policy;

  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Website;

CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by emailing ashley@monarchresultscoaching.com.

  • Promotional Offers from Monarch. If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can let us know by sending an email to ashley@monarchresultscoaching.com or by mail at the address provided below in "Contact Us". The electronic marketing communications we send may also contain an opt-out mechanism. Please note that it may take up to 10 calendar days to remove your contact information from our marketing communications lists, so you may receive correspondence from us for a short time after you make your request. Please also contact us to update or correct your information if it changes or if you believe that any information that we have collected about you is inaccurate.
     

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
 
California residents may have additional personal information rights and choices.
 
Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: ashley@monarchresultscoaching.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
 


INFORMATION SECURITY

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. 
 

Nevertheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and no security system is impenetrable. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk and we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.


CONSUMER COMMUNICATION


To ensure that consumers’ inquiries are handled accurately, courteously, and promptly, phone calls between you and Monarch or any of our agents and affiliates. We may from time to time make calls and/or send text messages to you at any telephone number associated with your account. You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone numbers you have provided to us are your contact numbers. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to us. You agree that we may send emails to you at any email address you provide us, or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law.


LINKED WEBSITES
 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or social media features that may be accessed through links that we provide for your convenience and information. Accessing those links will cause you to leave this Website and may result in the collection of information about you by a third party. We do not control, endorse or make any representations about those third party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you interact with before allowing the collection and use of your information.


DO NOT TRACK REQUESTS
 

We adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and do not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.


USING THE SERVICES FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
 

If you are using the Services from outside of the United States of America, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
 

Our Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any Personal Information to or on the Website.
